Erwin Amann
Construction GM
Erwin has over 15 years of experience in the construction field and is a partner in the company. His experience ranges from new construction, remodeling to large restoration projects over the years. Erwin ensures all jobs and customers are managed and treated to the best craftsmanship and service possible. He is passionate about treating every home as if it is his very own. Corinne Aguilar
Director of Estimating
Corinne started in this industry in 1997. After serving in the United States Marine Corps and managing multiple types of businesses on the east coast, she moved here to Southern California and started as an office manager for a local General Contractor who specialized in water, mold, fire, smoke, and restoration services. After five years of extensive experience as the GM, she obtained journey-man status and became a licensed general contractor. Therefore transitioning into the owner / operator of her own full service restoration company. They specialized in insurance damage claims of all sizes and types, completing thousands of successful projects. Her company was also a full design and remodel company. Austin Parr
Estimator
Austin is a recent graduate of UC Riverside where he received his degree in Business Finance in 2021. Austin started in restoration working with his dad as a summer job and soon had interest in making it a career. Austin will continue studying and learning the trades where he plans to earn his General Contracting license. Austin will also have responsibilities in helping the company find ways to continue to bring a high level of service to our customers and finding new revenue growth opportunities. While not at work you can find Austin hanging out with his girlfriend or playing golf or tennis.
Matt Ledesma
Estimator
Matthew has accumulated over 11 years of experience in the restoration and handyman industries, working for various project management companies as well as individually contracting projects. In addition, he has held management positions in the warehouse and fitness fields. When not at work, he enjoys working on fabricating his own designs with home projects and custom camper vans.
